That was helpful. However, by using the default installation procedure\path I found that the Python programme couldn`t find module wx so ( after a long while of pondering over this problem ) I found 2 files ( in the Lib\SitePackages part of the directory ) called wx and wxPython. I simply copied and pasted these into my home directory ( in my case C:\Python25 ) and everything went ok.
